OU Number

When an instructor calls or emails either the UWM Learning Technology Center or the UWM Help Desk for assistance, the person answering the phone will often ask for the course's "O. U. Number."


The "O. U. Number" is a shortcut that allows us to quickly find your D2L site.

You will find the course O. U. Number in your browser's address bar, at the very very end of the URL, just after the text that says, "ou=".

Hit control and print screen; then paste it into a Word doc (Control V or right click, paste). Send us the Word doc.
