Our advice is always that you are best served by switching to a desktop or laptop computer, if you have difficulty using D2L Mobile.
However, iPod Touch users may wish to try the following strategies. If the problem is not resolved, however, we must urge you to please use a computer, instead.
Things to try:
- On the iPod Touch: do a software update - here's how: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
- If the software update does not resolve the issue, here is a workaround (more clicks, but it did work for at least one user):
- On the iPod Touch, create a shortcut to this URL: https://uwm.courses.wisconsin.edu/d2l/lp/homepage/home.d2l?ou=7062
- Still on the iPod Touch, log into D2L, then click the shortcut, which should take you to the regular D2L MyHome page.
Finally -- again -- if this doesn't work, please switch to using a desktop or laptop computer.
