Your instructor may use the Groups feature of D2L to allow you to schedule yourself for an Online Rooms meeting. This provides an opportunity for you to select the best meeting time for your schedule to help ensure that you can attend the real-time meeting.
1. Click on [Groups].
2. Next to “Note: Enroll in a group for … ”, click [Choose Group].
3. Under “Group,” select your choice of groups (the date and time that you will be available to meet).
