Setting participants “Chat” permissions

By default a Participant enters your virtual meeting site without the ability to chat with everyone in the room. By default Participants can only chat with the “Moderator.” If you would like the participants’ to communicate to everyone in the room, you will need to set the participants’ chat permissions.

Once you are in your virtual meeting room as a Moderator, click the [Participant Options Menu] button to the right of the participant's name in the [Participants] window. Check the [Chat] button looks like a talk bubble.
